Project Overview:  

PThe project involves marketing a novelty product, i.e. a lauric glaze, based on specific lauric fat. In this way, the Company’s product range has been enriched by a completely different glaze product from those already available, distinguished by its unique organoleptic, physical, chemical and rheological properties.
Additionally, with the plant machinery being upgraded in the project, the Company now offers its partners an improved product: smooth and silky carmelised milk chocolate with soft caramel flavour and aroma.
The project execution includes the acquisition of the following innovative machines and devices by the Company:
– choc mixer-kneader type: SMKN-1850, manufactured by Richard Frisse GmbH, part of the Buhler Group
– conche type: ELK 6 V, manufactured by Richard Frisse GmbH, part of the Buhler Group; and
-temper meter;
and the purchase of:
– CRM software.
