Union Chocolate has implemented and maintains an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance System certified by Lloyd`s Register, covering: the processing of cocoa beans, the production of chocolate liquor, couverture, chocolate masses and chocolates in accordance with HACCP principles.

At the end of 2006, as one of the first confectionery manufacturers, we introduced an ISO 22000:2005 certified food safety management system covering the processing of cocoa beans, the production of chocolate liquor, chocolate, chocolate couverture and chocolate masses.

We are one of only a few who meet the requirements of kosher food and we are under the continuous inspection of a rabbi, thanks to which we have an open road to almost all the world`s markets.

The continuous improvement in quality and adherence to health safety standards for our products has created the basis for co-operation with the largest Polish and foreign confectionery manufacturers. The overriding principle in co-operation with our customers, both during the selection of the most appropriate technological parameters and at the stage of the practical use of our products, is gaining their full satisfaction.

We own a modern and fully equipped laboratory department, where we conduct sensory, physical, chemical and micro-biological research on raw materials to packaging and finished products, in accordance with binding norms, specifications, contracts or customer expectations.

Every finished product receives a quality certificate, confirming the compliance of its properties with the specified requirements, and our highly experienced and qualified staff are a guarantee of the highest level of testing and control during the production process.
